「AIのたまご」（パッケージ名 com.ymatsuza.aiegg、以下「本アプリ」）のプライバシーポリシーです。本アプリは無料で提供されます。Web／PWA 版は完全オフラインで動作し、広告もなく、何も収集・送信しません。Android アプリ版では、広告（Google AdMob）と、品質改善のための Google Firebase（Analytics・Crashlytics）を利用します。アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を当方が直接収集することはありません。

1. 端末内に保存されるもの

学習の進捗、章ごとのベストスコア、言語・サウンドなどの設定、保存した“脳”（ネットワークの重み）は、すべてお使いの端末内（ブラウザ／アプリの localStorage）にのみ保存されます。これらが当方や第三者のサーバーへ送信・保管されることはありません。

2. 広告（Google AdMob・Android アプリ版）

Android アプリ版では、Google AdMob によるバナー広告を表示します。AdMob は広告の配信・測定・不正防止のために、広告 ID（Advertising ID）・おおよその位置（IP アドレスに基づく地域）・端末情報等を収集・利用する場合があります。これらは Google により処理されます。詳細・オプトアウトは Google の広告ポリシーをご確認ください: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

EU/EEA・英国等の対象地域では、広告のパーソナライズに関する同意を求める場合があります（Google User Messaging Platform）。Web／PWA 版に広告はありません。

3. 利用解析・クラッシュレポート（Google Firebase・Android アプリ版）

Android アプリ版では、品質改善のため以下の Google Firebase 機能を利用します（Web／PWA 版では利用しません）。

• Firebase Analytics: 起動・章の進行・操作などの利用イベント、アプリインスタンス ID、端末・OS 情報、おおよその地域を収集します。
• Firebase Crashlytics: アプリがクラッシュ・エラーした際に、クラッシュログ・端末状態・アプリバージョン等の診断情報を収集します。

4. Web／PWA 版について（完全オフライン）

ブラウザ版（PWA 含む）は完全オフラインで動作します。ネットワーク通信、広告、利用解析・クラッシュレポート・トラッキングは一切ありません。

5. データの共有・販売

当方は、収集された情報を上記サービス提供者（Google）以外の第三者へ販売しません。データは上記の目的（広告配信・測定、利用分析、クラッシュ解析）のためにのみ利用され、通信は暗号化（HTTPS）されます。

6. 子どもの保護

本アプリは教育目的のアプリですが、特に子ども向けに設計されたものではありません。保護者の方が、お子さまの利用を管理されることを推奨します。

7. データの削除

端末内のセーブデータは、アプリのアンインストールまたはブラウザのサイトデータ削除で消去されます。広告 ID のリセット・削除は端末の設定から、Firebase 解析データに関する権利行使は Google を通じて行えます。

This is the privacy policy for “AI Egg” (package name com.ymatsuza.aiegg, the “App”). The App is free. The Web/PWA version runs fully offline, shows no ads, and collects/transmits nothing. The Android app shows ads (Google AdMob) and uses Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) to improve quality. No account is required, and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name or email.

1. What is stored on your device

Your learning progress, per-chapter best scores, settings (language, sound), and any saved “brain” (network weights) are stored only on your device (the browser/app localStorage). None of this is ever sent to or stored on our servers or any third party.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob, Android app)

The Android app shows banner ads via Google AdMob. To deliver, measure, and protect against fraud in advertising, AdMob may collect and use your Advertising ID, approximate location (region based on IP), and device information. This data is processed by Google. See Google’s ad policies for details and opt-out: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

In the EU/EEA, UK, and other applicable regions, we may ask for your consent regarding ad personalization (Google User Messaging Platform). The Web/PWA version has no ads.

3. Analytics & crash reporting (Google Firebase, Android app)

To improve quality, the Android app uses the following Google Firebase features (the Web/PWA version does not):

• Firebase Analytics: collects usage events (launch, chapter progress, interactions), an app instance ID, device/OS information, and approximate region.
• Firebase Crashlytics: when the app crashes or errors, collects diagnostic information such as the crash log, device state, and app version.

4. The Web/PWA version (fully offline)

The browser version (including the PWA) runs fully offline. There are no network calls, no ads, and no analytics, crash reporting, or tracking.

5. Data sharing & sale

We do not sell collected information to third parties other than the service provider above (Google). Data is used only for the stated purposes (ad serving/measurement, usage analytics, crash analysis), and traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).

6. Children

The App is an educational app but is not specifically directed at children. We recommend that guardians supervise children’s use.

7. Deleting your data

On-device save data is removed when you uninstall the app or clear the site data in your browser. You can reset/delete your Advertising ID in your device settings, and exercise rights regarding Firebase analytics data through Google.
